Through the use of 3D scanning, using 1,2,3D Catch, and digital alteration, this installation explores new techniques and possibilities of representation. Everyday objects are first scanned and refined to a hyper-realistic level using Zbrush to then alter into fantastic objects that keep intriguing characteristics of the original objects, stretching the line between real and surreal.
The fantastic objects, a piece of bread and a cabbage, are merged to create an ambivalent fantastic landscape.
