Digital Tapestries
Installation
Considering that tapestries rely on incorporating chromatic gradients and fine texture to achieve the perception of an overall picture, they can be understood as a digital medium in which every stitch is considered like a pixel.
For this installation, selected photographs were scripted to produce a geometrical manipulation that resembles a tapestry and re-composes the reading of the figure.
